• To study membership applications and submitted CVs    for applicants.
• To investigate the status and accuracy of information    submitted by the applicant through referees' check.
• To recommend acceptance or refusal of applications    for the executive board based on a rating process.
• To attract quality members to the Forum.
• To participate in discussions related to issues concerning    members whenever is requested by the board.
• To contribute to the content of the quarterly member-ship newsletter.
• To implement the committee annual action plan.
