Nour was born in 1970 Amman. She completed her high school education from Rosary Collage in 1988. Nour Holds a Bachelor Degree in law from Cairo University which was upgraded to Master Degree in Law from Institute of Arab research and studies/Egypt. Ms. Nour is specialized in Labor, Civil, Commercial, Banking laws and International Human rights’ agreements. She worked as a Legal Advisor and a Mediator at the Women Legal Counseling Center / Jordanian Women Union and as Legal Attorney for the Arab Egyptian Land Bank.

     Ms. Nour is a Member in the Arabs Organization for Human Rights, and Arabs Network for International Panel Court. Nour is a Board member in the Jordanian Jurist Association and the Jordan Forum for Business and Professional Women. She is also a Legal Advisor in the Arabs Media Women Center and a partner in the Arab law firm in Amman which is the location where she practices her profession.
